Go to the Extension manager and browse the com_sellerbuyerchat and mod_sellerbuyerchat zip file first and then upload and install:-

Step1:- Click here to configure
Step2:- Select username or name by here which is display on Chat box header as a chat box title.
Component Configuration Joomla Virtuemart Marketplace Seller Buyer Chat Front End:
After Buyer Login
Step3:- If Seller is not online show the text “No Online Seller”
Step4:- Buyer can change their login status
Step5:- If seller is online then Buyer can chat to seller.
Step6:- Click on Seller Dashboard.
Step7: Multichat Available For seller can Chat to many buyer at a time. If buyer is offline seller can send a message to buyer
