Opencart POS Advanced Booking Reservation System: With this POS Add-on, the POS agent can book orders from the point of sale system. This module supports different types of bookings- Many bookings in one day, Customer time based booking, One booking for many days, Appointment booking, Event booking, Rental booking.
Please Note:
- To use this module, the admin needs to install, Webkul Opencart POS System and Opencart Advanced Booking & Reservation
- As this is a web-based POS add-on, a web-browser is required to work on it.

Installation
Customers will get a zip folder which will need to extract the contents of this zip folder on their system. The extracted folder has – admin, catalog, system & wkpos folder.
The customer needs to transfer the admin, catalog, system & wkpos folders into the OpenCart root directory on the server as shown below.
After that, in the admin panel go to System> Users> Usergroup and edit ‘Administrator’ and select all for both Access and Modify Permission then save it.
After that under Extensions > Module install the Opencart POS Advanced Booking Reservation System add-on as shown in the image below. The admin can install/ uninstall or edit this module.

Admin End
From the admin end, the admin can manage the Products and Categories. The admin can manage and create new products and add those products to the desired categories.
To add and manage the existing products to the desired category the admin can navigate to Catalog> Products> Advance Booking & Reservation
Here the customer can select the booking type for the products and fill the required fields as per need.
From the admin panel, the admin can also select the different calendar theme for the POS accordingly.
To change the calendar theme, the admin can navigate to Extension> Modules> POS Booking And Reservation Advance> Edit> Calendar Theme
Here, the admin can select the desired calendar theme for the POS and also enable or disable the module. From here the admin even can also set if the POS user can cancel the booking or not.
Front-End Point Of Sales Panel
After successful installation of the add-on, the sales agent can easily Login to the POS System (front-end) by using the Username and Password.
Now, from the POS, the sales agent can add the products to the cart for the customers. The sales agent can add the products from different categories as-
One Booking For many Days– The sales agent can select the product and add the product to the cart from the “One Booking For Many Days” category.
Here, the sales agent can add the product to the cart from one booking for many days using the calendar and book the products accordingly.
The sales agent can also add the quantity of the products from the screen.
Customer Time-Based Booking (Per Day): The sales agent can book the product based on the requirement of the customer according to the time (Per Day).
The sales agent can select the date from when the customer wants to book the product and how much time the customer wants to book that product.
The sales agent can also select the quantity of the product as per the customer needs.
Customer Time-Based Booking (Per Hour): The sales agent can book the product on the basis of the time (Per Hour).
The sales agent can book the product for the customer where the sales agent can select the date and time to book the product for the customer.
If the product has an option to select, the sales agent can also select that option for the product according to the customer need and add that product to the cart.
The sales agent can also select the quantity of that product as per the customer needs.
Appointment Booking: Appointment booking is also one of the best features in Opencart POS Advanced Booking Reservation System. Here, the sales agent can book the appointment for the customer.
By selecting the desired product, the sales agent can book the appointment as per the customer requirements. The sales agent can select the date and time for booking the appointment for the customer.
Rental Booking: Rental booking is also a beautiful feature of this module. Using Rental Booking, the sales agent can book the product for the customer on rent.
The sales agent can select the product and book that product on rent on the basis of the daily price. From the calendar, the sales agent can select the date between the customer wants to rent the product.
Rental Booking (Hourly Basis + Daily Basis): Using the Rental Booking (Hourly Basis + Daily Basis), the sales agent can book the product on the rent for the customer.
The sales agent can book the product on rent for the customer on an Hourly Basis and Daily Basis.
Hourly Basis– The sales agent can select the date and time for booking of the product on rent as an hourly basis (That will include the charge as per hour).
The sales agent can also select the product option (if available) as per the customer need.
Daily Basis– The sales agent can also book the product on rent on a daily basis that also includes the charges as per day.
The sales agent can select the date, between the customer wants to rent the products. The sales agent can also select the product option (if available) as per the customer need.
Rental Booking (Hourly Basis): The sales agent can also book the product on rent for the customer on the basis of hourly price.
The sales agent can book the product on rent for the customer and select the date and time according to customer needs. The sales agent can also select the quantity of the product for the customer.
If the product has an option, the sales agent can also select the option according to the customer needs.
Event Booking– Using Opencart POS Advanced Booking Reservation System the sales agent can book the events for the customers. The sales agent can select the quantity of the tickets according to the customer requirements.
Order Details and Invoice: The sales agent can view the order details and can also print the invoice for the customer.
Bookings
From the bookings section, the sales agent can see the bookings according to the booking type. The customer can also see the complete detail of the order as shown in the image below-
The sales agent can even cancel the order from the POS.
