This module is best known for synchronizing an eCommerce platform to a CRM platform. Magento salesforce connector provide real time synchronization of magento store to a CRM platform. With the help of this module admin can easily connect their customers, products and their orders to their CRM which will help them to increase their sales and improve customer service.
Before installing this module on your magento store, you have to open an account on salesforce and add a Salesforce global app i.e. “e-shop sync” in salesforce account. After creating an account on Salesforce, you can easily use our module.

Workflow
Under configurations, click on salesforce connector, fill all the credentials and save the configurations.
After successful connectivity, do the configurations for synchronization. Option for automatic synchronization is available. Admin can synchronize leads, products, categories, orders and customer sync.
Automate the leads synchronization under configurations in order to synchronize contact us with the salesforce leads. Admin can see the contact us details in inform view in a single click on the contact. A mapping table is maintained where you can check which contact is synchronized with which salesforce id.
As shown above admin can see the contact us details in form view.
When automatic product synchronize is disable, then admin can synchronize manually in a single click on “export all products”. Admin can synchronize changes made to an existing product by updating all products.
When you disable automatic category synchronization, then you can synchronize manually by exporting all categories. Admin also gets an option to synchronize any changes made to an existing category by clicking on the “update all categories”.
When automatic order synchronization is disable, then you can synchronize manually. Go to sales order on magento, there select particular orders to be synchronized and click on actions to synchronize orders to salesforce and then submit. In case of active automatic sync, you don’t need to do all this, orders will be synchronized automatically from magento to salesforce.
Mapping table of sales order is maintained separately.
In magento when a customer is registered having multiple addresses, then a new account is created for the corresponding customer and for the different addresses corresponding contact is created for synchronization.
