Prestashop Salesforce Connector:- This module is an awesome module which is first time ever synchronizing an eCommerce platform to a CRM platform. Prestashop salesforce connector provide real time synchronization of prestashop store to a CRM platform. With the help of this module admin can easily connect their customers, products and their orders to their CRM which will help them to increase their sales and improve customer service.
Before installing this module on your prestashop store, you have to open an account on salesforce and add an Salesforce global app i.e. “e-shop sync” in salesforce account. After creating an account on Salesforce, you can easily use our module.

Installation
For installing Prestashop Salesforce Connector module you need to install E-shop sync first in Salesforce. After installing E-shop sync in Salesforce you can start the installation of Prestashop Salesforce Connector.
Go to back office ->module, upload the module zip file, then search “Salesforce Connector” in module search box then go to module and click on install.
Configuring the Module
Workflow
After successful configuration, new tabs will be added at backend.

Firstly, admin has to map lead status of prestashop and salesforce.
Go to salesforce-> map lead status tab.
In prestashop, leads are generated when any user send the query by filling contact us form. But, this user must not be the customer of the store. User should be the visitor only, who has not purchased any product from store yet.
Now, go to salesforce->sync leads
Here, admin can see the list of leads. Since admin has selected lead sync on real time, so the synchronization will be automatically done.
If, admin has disabled lead sync on real time then admin needs to sync leads manually.
Note:- If admin has set the sync on real time and while synchronizing leads error appear at salesforce end or at prestashop end, then sync button will appear as sync will be failed.
Now, visit your salesforce account to view the list of synchronized leads.
Go to Eshopsync-> Leads.
Note:- Admin can add and delete any lead from the salesforce account but that lead will not be deleted or added to admin’s prestashop store.
In prestashop the customers are those who create their account on prestashop store. As soon as the account is created the customer will be created. According to admin’s configuration the synchronization will take place.

Note:- Admin can view success and failure message after synchronization is done.
Again visit your salesforce account. Admin can edit any detail of the customer.
Go to Eshopsync-> customers.
Admin can easily sync all the categories of the prestashop to salesforce.
If admin has disabled the real time synchronization of the categories, then admin will sync the categories manually. Admin has to manually sync old categories.
Note:- If sync has been set on real time, then any new created category will automatically sync to salesforce.
Go to salesforce-> sync categories

Admin can easily sync all the products of the prestashop to salesforce.
Admin will sync the products manually. Admin has to manually sync existing products.
Note:-
Before product sync, all the categories associated to product should be synchronized.

Admin can easily sync all the orders of the prestashop to salesforce.
If admin has disabled the real time synchronization of the orders, then admin will sync the orders manually. Admin has to manually sync old orders.
Note:-
If sync has been set on real time, then any new created order will automatically sync to salesforce.
If customer related to order is not sync to salesforce, then customer will automatically sync by the help of customer details.
If categories related to order is not sync to salesforce, then categories will automatically sync by the help of customer details.
If products related to order is not sync to salesforce, then products will automatically sync by the help of customer details.

Go to Eshopsync-> orders.
Admin will get the functionality of synchronizing old leads also.
On the configuration page, admin can view and sync the old leads. Admin can search leads of particular days by selecting dates.
This is how admin can easily sync prestashop leads, customers, categories, products and orders to salesforce.
