Step 1:Go to the Add-on, click on Manage Add-on to manage Cs-Cart Salesforce connector
Step 2: Click on setting to configure the integrator globally.
Configuration
View of the tabs that is being synchronized via Salesforce Connector. It includes orders, categories, products and customers of CS-Cart.
Click on “Salesforce Connector” to redirect into its page. Admin can view the category, product, order and customer details that has been synchronized via connector.
The below snapshot gives the details of the categories that have already been synchronized. It includes the name of the category, description, cs-cart category id and salesforce category id. A “Synchronize” button is provided to synch the category details of cs-cart.
In the product tab admin can view the details of products that have been already synchronized at salesforce end. It includes the details of sync id, cs-cart product id, salesforce product id, name and image of the product. A “Synchronize” button is provided to synch the product details of cs-cart. Here admin can view the details of synchronized orders. It includes the details of sync id, cs-cart order id, salesforce id, name of customer, email id of customer, date of purchase and total amount.
