When the minimum points threshold defined in the system has been reached, customers can enjoy discounts by redeeming their loyalty points. This way people believe they share values with a company, they will stay loyal to the brand.

Workflow

Create rules for calculating loyalty points.

1POSLM

Loyalty points can be calculated on the basis of purchased amount or on the basis of points defined on POS product category. Seller can also set start or end date for the rule defined.

Seller can compute loyalty points on the basis of points allocated to a specific product category. This way seller can set loyalty points according to the product category.

Define rules to redeem loyalty points as discount.

2POSLM

Redemption rule can be created with a view to give discounts on the basis of points earned by the customers.

Loyalty points will be displayed on POS.

5POSLM

Seller need to select customer to give loyalty points. Total loyalty points earned are displayed on POS.

Redeem points earned by the customers.

6POSLM

Customer can redeem loyalty points earned from the previous purchase as a discount. By Selecting the customer and then clicking on the redemption option on POS. Customer will get discount according to the redemption rule defined.

Display of total points earned in Invoice receipt.

8POS

As the invoice is generated, customer can have a record of total points earned by tracking the invoices generated. This way customer is aware about the total loyalty points he has, and can plan accordingly for the redemption in next purchase.

Points are rewarded for every purchase, even besides the loyalty benefit.

9POS

Customer earned points will be redeemed from his current order and according to the current order again customer will earn some points. This way loyalty benefit is a continue process, unless you deactivate it.

Total loyalty points earned by the customer can be traced easily.

10POS

Under sales > customers, admin can check total loyalty points earned by the customer so far. Loyalty points can not be edited from here, it depends on the sales from point of sale.
