Opencart Product Quote

Opencart Product Quote module helps us to enable the customer quotation request in Opencart. It is very useful for order the products in bulk.

Opencart Product Quote provides a lots of features which are listed below.

• Can add custom quote for products to buy in bulk.
• Admin can also set Quote option for particular products.
• Customer Can communicate with the admin via conversation system.
• Buyer can view the bulk orders and price and many more.
• Fully dynamic admin can manage the order.

Installation

Installation of the Opencart Product Quote module is very simple. You just need to move Admin and Catalog folder into Opencart root.

After that in Admin panel go to System -> Users  -> Usergroup and edit ‘Administrator’ and choose select all for both Access and Modify Permission and save it.

After that under Extensions > Order Totals, install the Marketplace module like this way.

After click on edit option below page will be open.

Product Status

Admin can globally set quote option for all product by enable this option else can manually add each product.

Quote Products

If product status is disable then admin can manually add products for quote option. Here all the product will listed for which the buyer can request for a quote.

Product Minimum Quantity

Here admin can set the minimum quantity on which quote option will work.

Quote Buy Time

The customer can purchase the product for this quote within specify days. Else the quote will expire.

Module Worked”

Admin needs to check this option only then quote discount will be applicable for minimum quote quantity selection by customer.

Customer Groups

Using this option admin can select the customer groups who can request for the product quote.

Customer Can Not Give Their Quotes Without Login. After Login, Customer Can Give Their Quote By Clicking Quote Product.

After click on Quote Product a pop up window will be open in which customer can give their quote.

Admin can see all requests in Admin panel under Sales > Quote Management and also delete and manage the quote request. Like

• Approve
• Unapprove
• Decline
• Sold
• Time Out

After click on edit option, admin can find Quote Details with Sold Information.

Admin can also change the status of the Quote and send message to buyer.

Customer Can See Their Quotes Under My Account > Quote Request. Customer Can Also Edit Or Delete The Quotes. Buyer Can See Their Quote Status and if the quote status is Approved then customer can add product to their cart.

After click on Add to Cart option, customer can see their total price with Quote Discount.

After click on “View” Option, customer can find Quote details and also send their message to the admin.
