Prestashop Reward System - Using this module admin can can create reward points for customer.Customer can get the points which will be manage in my account page.
After installing this module successfully. Tab “Reward Point” have been added to your admin panel.
Click on “Reward rule” tab under “reward point”.
Reward Point –>Reward Rule.
Add new Reward rule. Click on Add New Button.
You can see the form to create the reward rule.
You have four types of activity to give the reward point to customer
1. Register: This rule add the points when the user register on your site.
- Fill start date and End date, in this period, this reward rule will be active.
- Enter your reward point.
2. Purchase: This rule add the points on any purchase of products.
- Here you can select the “Type” which is fixed and percentage.
- If you select fixed, your entered point will be deducted from the final price and in percentage, entered point will be in percentage.
- You can add minimum order for which the point will be added.
3.Product: This rule add the points for particular product. You can select the product here. When customer buy this product, points will be added to his account.
- Product field is auto complete.By entering the name of the product,product will be listed down. You have to select the product only from the drop down list.
- Enter the quantity of product. Customer can get the point only if he/she buy the product at-least this quantity.
4. Category: This rule add the points when customer buy the products of this category.
- Select the category. This is auto complete input field. Select the category only from the list.
- Enter the points.
Your create rule will be listed in “Reward Rules” tab. Before creating the again the reward rule you have to deactivate the previous rule.
In front office when the customer login to my account page, Two tabs will be added there,
In Point Summary tab customer can see the points added.
In Generate Voucher tab, the can generate the voucher.
After generating the voucher, the voucher request will be send to the admin, when admin approve that voucher, customer can use that,
When the voucher will be activated by the admin, customer can see the voucher details on my account page in “My voucher” tab,
Admin can see the customer reward point list in
Reward Point –> Customer tab
