Installation and configuration – Its pretty easy you just need to move both folder (i.e. app, skin) into magento root that’s it .
After moving both the folder, flush the cache from magento admin module . Under system > cache management

Configuration – After successful installation of the module you need to go System -> Configuration -> Slidetweet
EnterTitle, Title link, Title bar color, Term for search, Frame height, frame width, frame color, Icon height, Icon width, Delay time.
Enter Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, Oauth Access Token, Oauth Access Token Secret as per document provided with the zip file.
Call Block Code on the required CMS page:
