Payment is the way that a consumer prefers to pay the seller of a good or service that is also adequate to the seller. Methods used for payment in a current business context include cash, checks, credit or debit cards, money orders, bank transfers, and online payment services such as PayPal.
Having many payment methods gives more comfort to your consumers, which will stop shopping cart abandonment. Plus, by offering various online payment options, you make your customer’s life much easier.
How to Add Payments Method
To add payment method in Shopware 5, you have to navigate Configuration >> Payment Methods.
After clicking on payment method, it will redirect to a new page after that to add new payment method, click on the Add.
All payment method will be listed here then you can add a new customer group on the right side after a click on the add button you have to fill the details like:
- Description
- Name
- Template
- Class
- Database table
- Additional description
- Discount/Surcharge
- Fixed surcharge
- Position
- Active
Select the country.
Subshop : Select the subshop.
Free text fields: In this you can configure free text fields.
After that click to Save button.
Customer View
To check payment method on store click to my account>>payment methods.
