Magento Job Board - Job board module managers job posting from the Magento store.
Features :
1 – Add post , category from the admin .
2 – Job management (edit , delete ).
3 – HR management .
Magento Supported Version- Magento version 1.6.x.x, Magento version 1.7.x.x, Magento version 1.8.x.x.
Installation and configuration – Its pretty easy you just need to move both folder (i.e. app, skin) into magento root that’s it .
After moving both the folder, flush the cache from magento admin module . Under system > cache management
And now your Magento Job Board module has been installed.
Configuration - after successful installation of the module you will see a menu in magento admin for Webkul Job Board as per screenshot.
As you can see there are Four menus under Webkul Job Board , i am going to explain you each menu one by one:
1. Add/Manage Job Category -This menu is responsible for adding job category details for job board.
for adding new category click on “Add Job Category”, a form opens:
You can also delete or change status of category.
On clicking “edit”, you can edit your category detail.
2. Add/Manage Jobs – This menu is responsible for adding or Managing Job details.
for adding new job click on “Add Jobs”, a form opens:
You can also delete or change status of job.
On clicking “edit”, you can edit your job detail.
3. Content – This menu is responsible for adding content on your job board.
4. Add/Manage Registration – This menu is responsible for viewing all the received application for different jobs posted.
On clicking email the detail of that applicant can be viewed.
You can also reply to the applicant on clicking “Reply Applicant” button
Front End of your Job Board look like this:
There is “Jobs” link at the right top of your page.
On clicking on the jobs link all posted job opens according to selected category.
On clicking View detail you can view full detail of selected job.
On clicking “Apply Now” button application page open with various checks.
