MARKETPLACE PRODUCT FAQ MODULE : – This module related to marketplace product… its provide option to seller so that seller can add some frequently asked question on his/her product. By this module seller can give some extra information to buyer so that buyer can get more info about product and related inforamtion
Module Work Flow
Step -1
You need to install “MARKETPLACE PRODUCT FAQ” module its work with “Marketplace module”
Step-2
After installation of module you need to configure some setting see image bellow
and after clicking on configuration a form has been appear here you can set font size font family for appearence of faq on front page see image bellow
Step-3
For add new FAQ on product seller need to log in to shop and after log in to shop click on product list menu appears in marketplace menu see image bellow
Step-4
Product List has been appear for seller shop. Seller need to click on any of product list and its moved on product description page see image bellow
Click on product list and you move to product description page
Step-5
By clicking on add new button a form has been pop up for creating new FAQ
Step-6
After filling all information you get recently added faq
On FAQ list you get different options like edit,delete,active,inactive FAQ
Step-7
If product is activated by admin then you can see the FAQ on product description page see image bellow
