Difference Between customer as partner and Magento Marketplace Module - WebKul released two extraordinary module for product listing , seller or customers product in the magento web shop .
so what is the difference in both the extensions ?
1 – In customer as partner module you can only list the product in existing magento shop but seller will not get any separate profile or product collection (e.g he will not be able to browse his product in web shop front end under his profile ). But in magento marketplace module seller will be able to see his shop profile and product collection .
2 – In customer as partner module there is only global catalog commission system no individual seller commission but in marketplace module admin can set global and individual seller commission.
3 – In customer as partner module there is no seller rating system but this feature is there in marketplace module .
4 - In customer as partner module there is no buyer to seller communication system but in marketplace module buyer can ask questions to seller directly .
