Introduction
Odoo Product More Info module display more info link in Product page. Request query Form helps the website user to submit the product related query. If the user is sign in the contact will be auto filled. From the back-end the Admin can send the answer for the particular query using save answer button.
Features
- Admin can enable/disable the More Info Option.
- Admin can set mail from backend.
- User can send Product related Query from Product page.
Workflow
Once done with the Odoo Product More Info module installation, More info option will appear on website product page.
When you click on More info option, Request More Info pop up window will appear where your customer can submit query with contact info.
Once query submitted, a thanks pop up window will appear.
Now in back-end admin can check submitted product query under Product query menu.
Can submitted the answer for particular product query by selecting the query from list and clicking on save Answer button.
The answer will be submitted and change query state to answered.
Finally, customer can check his query reply with product info.
