Definition
- As a matter of fact, Odoo is one of the robust frameworks and it can be connected to any third-party application to implement a customized module.
- Therefore, being such a dynamic feature we have come up with a module name Amazon Odoo Bridge, where you can manage your Amazon seller account operations from Odoo, using a single dashboard.
- It imports and updates Amazon Products, Category, Orders, and Partners in Odoo.It describes the functions and configuration of Amazon Instance. Also exports/updates Odoo products on Amazon.
- Furthermore, the Purpose of Amazon Odoo Bridge is to synchronize products, orders, categories, and partners between Odoo and Amazon using multi-channel sale connector.
- Odoo Multi-channel Sale connects your e-commerce with other platforms. It manages multiple marketplaces in a single interface. It imports and updates the product, category orders, and partners in Odoo and also manages the mapping. This connector also reduces the need for manual data entry at Odoo by bi-directional data exchange and integration between Odoo and other e-commerce.
Features
- A user can import and update Product, Category, Order, and Partner in Odoo.
- In addition, he can export and update Odoo Products over Amazon
- Manage feed for Products, Categories, Orders and Partners
- Also, a user can manage to map for Products, Categories, Orders and Partners.
Configuration
Step1- Place Amazon Credentials-Go to-Multichannel>Store(s)and enter the amazon credentials.
- The seller and instance should configure properly. The seller and instance should configure properly.
- For that, you can test the amazon connection and seller API, and then you can generate the Amazon report accordingly.
- In order to start Amazon integration into Odoo, Seller and Instance must be configured properly. You can check your Amazon Connection and change the Amazon Credentials into Amazon Instance screen when need.

Step2-Configure Amazon Instance-After entering the amazon credentials successfully, you need to configure other details like a warehouse, Sequence for SKU, root category etc.Above all the fields the warehouse field is mandatory.
Order State Configuration-In this case you need to select a particular configuration state in Odoo. Else there is an option of default state also.On enabling it and selecting a predefined state of Odoo like-Quotation, Sale Order, Done, Shipped and Cancelled, all the amazon feed will be imported into that predefined state only.

Import, Evaluate, Mapping AND EXPORT
Step5- Import the required feed (product, order, category)from Amazon.
- For example-To import amazon product in Odoo, click on “Import Product(s)”(as shown below)

Select Source–
- Meanwhile, select the desired source in Amazon Channel where you want to update the feed.

Step6-Evaluate( Order, Product, etc)-
To manage the number of feeds imported from amazon, all the products, orders, and category feed must be successfully evaluated in order to avoid the discrepancy.

Step7-Mapping–
Mapping is done in order to avoid the duplicity of that particular feed when it is imported later.
Also, it will be easy for the user to import the feeds next time.

Shipping-Once you ship all orders from your warehouse and complete the delivery order at Odoo, then a shipment will automatically update under-Multichannel>Shipping Feeds. Also, you can manage the channel shipping mapping.
