Installation of the module
Installation of the module is child play you just need to drag your admin, catalog and vqmod folder in opencart root folder and it will be installed .
1. If VQMOD is already installed in your system * just copy the “vqmod/xml” folder data into your ”/vqmod/xml/” folder to your installed “vqmod/xml”.
2. if VQMOd is not installed in your system then just copy full Vqmod folder from root directory and then go to your website frontside or frontpage and write this after url /vqmod/install .

then in Admin panel go to System > User >Usergroup and edit ‘Top Administrator’ and choose select all for both Access and Modify Permission and save it.
After that under extension->module menu install RMA System module.
after installed it ,edit it and select options and add this like in image and save it.
Then a RMA system link create in your Header tab.Go to this link and select RMA Setting and enter your policies here
After save this when customer go to My Account at website frontend he/she can see this option
using this customer can add RMA and see RMA History.After click this link .Customer can Request RMA here.
After request RMA your policies and after agree them he/she can go further
and here customer select options according to RMA he/she needed.In this image customer first select order than Item list display according to order than customer select products.
here after select order , Items , images and info
then customer enter Reason and delivery status here
and after successful save , customer requested RMA with successful message.
At admin side in All RMA tab admin can see all RMA Requested and reply or delete them
after edit RMA, RMA with details here admin select status and can communicate with customer.
In conversation tab admin can see all chats.
after changed status from admin side and customer can changed status using cancel and solved after view details.
when customer click on view details,Here RMA with details
using Close RMA customer can solve this if it solved.And using message customer communicate with admin
after send message to admin and admin reply
