Joomla Virtue Abandoned cart helps to analyze the elements of the shopping cart(product details, cart details, and user details) specifically those products which are in the user’s cart but not purchased yet. This add-on provides ample of opportunity to the site admin to increase the revenue using push marketing strategies. This add-on has a lot of features like sending the first-time email once user log- out from your shopping portal, reminder emails and also provide the feature of sending coupon emails to the user to convert the opportunity.

FLOW OF INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION
Step1.
Browse theVirtuemart Abandoned Cart zip file then upload and install.
Step2.
Click on ‘Components’ then click on ‘Abandoned Cart’.
Step3
Click on ‘Option’ in order to set the sender email id, sender name. After that you need to set the email templetes at different stages like when( after how many day(s), hour(s) and minute(s) first email would be send), when reminder email (after how many day(s), hour(s) and minute(s) first email would be send) same for coupon emaail templete. Also need to set the email templete.
Please Note: the subject of the email should be like store name or domain name (recommendation).
Step4.
Now this is ‘Abandoned Carts’ where site admin can see the registered users along with their abandoned cart information.Click on any user to see the detail information of his/her abandoned cart.
Step5.
Once you click on a particular user’s abandoned cart, you can see the cart’s inside details ( all the information related to user and product which user had added to cart but not purchased on last log-in).
