Now the Shopify Multivendor Marketplace App is Multilingual with Weglot Integration in the app. The Multivendor App can now be translated to any language of your choice as per the Weglot Translation.
With Weglot Translation you can have the app in multiple languages. Till now you can only have one language selected from the app configuration, but now you can provide the option to your sellers/vendors to select the language of their choice. So, now do not worry if you have your vendors across the globe as they can now change the language in the app.
Now you can enable the Weglot Translation feature with the Multivendor app :
You need to click on “agree”, if you wish to proceed else disagree.
If you agree then there would be no pricing added to the current multivendor plan for the app but you need to subscribe Weglot for the translation. For Weglot pricing, check here.
You need to register with Weglot and there you will get the API key, use the same in the app to get the app translated.
Weglot Settings within Multivendor App
You can get the API from Weglot account settings :
Now you need to mention the API in the Weglot Settings in the Multivendor App :
NOTE : You need to keep the default language to English in the settings.
You can select the languages to be translated but that is dependent on the plan you have subscribed for Weglot.
Once the settings are saved, you will get the desired languages in the menu as shown in the screenshot :
Now change the language and get the Multivendor App translated :
This way you can get the Multivendor App translated to multiple languages.
