INTRODUCTION
Resource Mangement System overcomes the inability of the manual resource management system to cope up with growing business, no visibility of current allocations and resource requirements by managing resource requests in a number of ways.
It facilitates real- time visibility of available resources, current allocations, categorizing your resources and allowing you to track time interval of a particular product and thus fulfilling the criteria laid down by a perfect resource management system.

INSTALLATION
Installation is usual and simple.
Install this module normally like other modules.
- Place this module inside your Odoo addons directory.
- Enable Developer Mode.
- Update app list at Odoo.
- Search for “Resource Management System“.
- Then start your installation by clicking on install button.
WORKFLOW
After installation of this module successfully. You can see the “Resource Management” menu as in below screenshot
CREATE CATEGORY
Based on the requirements user can easily make a parent-child relationship between categories for effective management of resources.
CREATE RESOURCES ACCORDING TO NEED
Once you categorize category, you can then proceed to create resources accordingly and spread your business.
REQUEST FOR RESOURCE
Based on the requirements, user can easily generate the request for resources.
RESOURCES TIME INTERVAL
- It’s simple and easy to approve a request.
- The Time interval of that resource will be matched to existing approved requests.
- If there is any conflict then manager will get the list of the requests with same resource and time interval.
- You have to just process the requests and module will lead you in the right direction.
TRACK RESOURCES
Manager can easily track all the approved resources with their remaining time. Here all approved requests will appear with their end time.
SCHEDULER
- Just run the scheduler and it will compute all approved request’s remaining time.
- Requests with remaining zero time will be set to done state.
- Resource will be set to be free if it’s not bound with other approved requests
