1 :- After activating the plugin you will see a sub menu item with name Knowledge base Settings under Setting menu item
2 :- Now this menu item will show some Default settings
3 :- These settings can be customized accordingly like you can set Slug for knowledge base and its category
4 :- You can position your banner for knowledge base if your header is fixed
5 :- You can also use your theme font family for this plugin
6:- You can set knowledge base banner background color, link color, Query submit button Colors
7 :- You can also set submit query button email address to which user wanted to send query and also can set number of articles to be visible in particular category
