With this app users will be able to synchronize all the products , customers , orders fulfillment , payment and much more from shopify to Odoo 9. Shopify Odoo connector perfectly provides seamless integration between Shopify and Odoo .
We have upgraded our Shopify connector and it is now compatible with Odoo 9 as well.
How to update Shopify Odoo Connector to Odoo -9
To upgrade your Shopify Odoo Connector from Odoo version 8 to Odoo version 9, you will just have to
- Go to configuration of the app
- Click on Odoo configuration
- From “choose odoo version option” select Odoo 9

- Click on save.
- Once you will click on save you will be prompted with the message that changing your version from odoo 8 to Odoo 9 all your mapped data of old odoo version will get deleted automatically, in case you agree and wish to continue, click yes and in case you do not want your old mapped data to get erased click No.

- And your Odoo version gets updated.
Points to REMEMBER
- In case you are updating the Odoo database name from the Odoo configuration,

when you have entered the changed database name and have clicked on save, you will be prompted with a message “Do you want to delete all your mapped data of old database” ,in case you do not want to delete the old data you can click no and proceed, the database name will get updated.

- Please note that for your every shipping method in shopify , a delivery method will get created in Odoo 9 in correspondence to that shipping method.
- You will also be prompted to update your Odoo currency if your current Shopify currency is not active in Odoo as you will not be able to sync orders until the shopify currency is not set active in ODOO.
To update the currency in Odoo , click on the Activate button from the alert message getting displayed.
