As after standing in a long queue,customers desire that the user at the POS consumes less time to return their product.Hence, we have our module POS Order Return, which has the feature to return order at ease and in a more convenient manner with allied features.

Features In Details
As soon as you click on All orders on the POS screen, you will land up on this page.Now this page consist of certain orders which are already being ordered and paid within this running session.Now when you click on the button Return Order which is present against every order,the whole order would get added back with negative amount.
Products that were present in the order which was returned are added as negative amount on the item pad. This means that these products are to be returned.
If your order consist of non-refundable products then,your order cannot be returned.
You can configure products as non-refundable just by following Sales>Products>Sales>Point Of Sales
The POS Order Return module is quite convenient to use as it just a matter of click and your products gets returned in a running POS session.
